📦 What’s inside each treat box?
Each box includes a surprise mix of our freshly baked cookies, brownies, muffins, or healthy snacks — all handmade with real ingredients and no preservatives. The larger the box, the more variety you get!
📬 Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship across the United States via USPS or UPS. All treats are packed to stay fresh during transit and arrive ready to enjoy.
🕐 How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are baked fresh and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
🍪 How long do the treats stay fresh?
Our treats are best enjoyed within 5–7 days of arrival. You can store them at room temperature in an airtight container, or freeze them for up to 2 months.
💌 Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! You can include a gift note at checkout. We never include receipts inside the box — perfect for surprising someone.
🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of baked goods, we cannot accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
⚠️ Are your products allergy-friendly?
Our treats are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. While some items may not contain allergens, cross-contamination is possible. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
